ATV TITLE INFORMATION
In order to get a title you need the following information

1. Title, MSO or Bill of Sale for the ATV
2. Scratch off of the VIN number

GIFT EXEMPTION
NOTE-  DCNR requires if you received the ATV as a gift, you must have a DCNR Gift form filled out. You must provide proof of sales tax paid from the person who gave you the ATV as a gift OR you must pay sales tax on the Fair market Value of the ATV.

OUT OF STATE RESIDENTS
Out of State Residents are required to provide proof of sales tax paid in order to receive a Title. If you cannot provide proof of sales tax paid, you have to pay sales tax on the vehicle in to PA in order to receive a Title.

ATV REGISTRATION INFORMATION
PA law states that if you are registering a ATV in the Commonweath, you must provide proof of insurance for the ATV. There are no limits as to how much insurance you have, that is up to you the buyer, however you must provide proof of insurance in order to have your ATV registered.

MOTOR VEHICLE TITLE AND TAG FOR CARS, TRUCKS, MOTORCYCLES, AND TRAILERS

You must bring the following information with you when you come in for any Car, Truck, Motorcycle or Trailer Transaction

1. Valid PA Drivers License
2. Title for the Vehicle
3. Proof of Insurance

IF YOU HAVE A TRUCK OR TRAILER
PA State Law requires a Picture of the GVWR on your Truck
This information can be found on the sticker on your Drivers Side Door
Please bring a picture with you. If you do not have this picture OR bring the vehicle with you at the time of the transaction, I CANNOT Title and Register your vehicle.

This information must be available in order to charge the appropriate class fee.
